1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via the online shop of JL ONE eGbR.

2. Contracting Party & Conclusion of Contract
The purchase contract is concluded with JL ONE eGbR.
The presentation of the products constitutes a binding offer. By clicking the "Buy Now" button, you accept this offer.
You will then receive a confirmation by email.
3. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include statutory VAT.
Shipping costs are clearly displayed during the ordering process.
4. Delivery and Shipping
We will process the order in 2-3 working days.
It will take 3-4 working days to deliver the package with Ireland.
It will take 7-10 working days to deliver to the UK & EU.
5. Payment
PayPal – Payment via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l.
Klarna – Purchase on account or installment payment possible.
Credit card – Your card will be charged immediately after ordering.
Prepayment – Shipping after receipt of payment.
6. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
7. Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in our cancellation policy.
8. Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
- Goods for hygiene or health reasons
- Goods whose seal has been broken
This applies in particular to sealed pet care products.
9. Damage in Transit
Please inspect the goods upon delivery and report any damage immediately.
10. Warranty
The statutory warranty rights apply.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for damages to life, body, or health. Otherwise, liability is limited to cases of intent and gross negligence.
12. Dispute Resolution

There is no obligation to participate in dispute resolution proceedings.
13. Final Provisions
The laws of the Federal Republic of Germany shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG).
